Seadust Cancun Family Resort, Cancun

We spent a fantastic vacation at this resort! The beach was beautiful, and our child loved the water park. However, the service left much to be desired; we faced long wait times at restaurants, which was frustrating. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of age and could use some improvements.

My experience at this resort was mixed. While the location was appealing and the waterpark was a highlight for kids, the service left much to be desired. There were significant delays with dining reservations and room service, which was frustrating. The cleanliness of the facilities and overall upkeep also could be improved, as I encountered several maintenance issues during my stay. It has potential, but there are some glaring areas that need attention.

Our stay at the resort started off well with a spacious family suite and exceptional kids' facilities, especially the Kids Club which was a hit with our daughters. The service, while attentive, had some hiccups, particularly with room service. The nightly entertainment could be improved for family audiences, and the heat in various areas was somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, there were enjoyable moments, but some aspects needed attention.
